1. Principles

The Alabama Szer Kft. the processing of personal data is subject to a purpose, transparent and limited to the required level. The data provided is used primarily for contacts, offers, contract preparation, construction consultation, job application and newsletter.

In the course of data processing, we strive to ask only for data that is actually necessary for the particular administration. We do not ask for specific data and we ask that it does not provide health, political, religious or other specific data in message fields.

2. Requests and contacts

Treatment data: name, telephone number, e-mail address, settlement, type of interest, choice of service, short message and technical or contact information specified voluntarily in the message.

The purpose of data processing is: recall, preparation of offer, on-site survey or appointment, response to requests, preparation of orders.

Purpose: evaluation of applications, telephone or personal consultation, work opportunities, documentation of the selection process.

Legal basis: steps prior to the conclusion of contracts at the applicant's request or consent if the applicant requests that data be retained in the event of a subsequent opportunity.

Maintenance period: in the case of a closed application, up to a maximum of 6 months, unless the applicant agrees to a longer stay separately, or where there is a legal need to be preserved.

5. Newsletter and marketing request

A newsletter or a marketing e-mail will be sent only on the basis of a separate subscription or other appropriate legal basis. Submission may be withdrawn at any time by cancellation or by contact@alabamaszerkft.hu by request to address.

Legal basis: contribution. Maintenance period: until the date of withdrawal or the period necessary to verify the consent.

6. Web site operation, logging, cookies

During the technical operation of the website, the hosting service provider and the website system may manage log data. Such information may include, for example, IP address, browser type, viewing date, requested page address, technical fault code and other security or operational information.

Purpose: the operation of the website, the maintenance of security, the finding of errors, the prevention of abuses and the provision of services.
