The mere new drawing does not replace the information required for the next working part or the settlement of the related commitments.

The approved version shall be forwarded to the relevant participants in production, assembly and inspection. The existence of the new document alone does not prove that everyone is using it. Therefore, the project should have a clear order of transmission of variants and an identification of the approved status. If the previous drawing remains in use on the spot, it may cause a specific misunderstanding despite the decision already closed.
The documentation of the condition achieved shall keep the actual details accepted. This may also be based on subsequent reservation and enlargement. The management of the change of plans is thus a link between the proposal, the technical examination, the approval and the results achieved. The investor does not only know that something has been modified, but understands why, on what condition and on the basis of which participants' joint decision, the greenhouse has been finally established.
