Industrial engineering equipment and yellow pipeline near a building

Alabama's story didn't start with a complete service list. First we worked on heating. However, the heating system alone does not have enough equipment: pipes, connections, assembly order and on-site solutions will not work. As more complex work came along, pipe welding became part of our everyday tasks.

After the pipe came the steel

Since we've welded a pipeline, the metal work didn't stop at the engineering trail. Structural welding tasks have been published: pieces and connections that must be accurate to what is later set up on the spot. This is a different step, a different preparation and more discussion, but the same common question is: how will the work at the workshop be the solution in place?

From here, it was a natural next step in the steel structure fabrication. The manufactured structure is not enough to watch in the workshop: transport, lifting and compiling on the site. Production and production have therefore gradually become a process for us. Industrial hall construction was already included in the structure to fit the hull, gates and subsequent use.

Industrial construction in one hand

Behind the business story is the same practical system: industrial pipework systems and building services engineering in coordinated organisation.

If you're standing in the hall, what's in it?

After the construction of the steel structure, the following question was soon raised: who is preparing the machinery? Heating, water, pipework systems and air technology are not a retrospect detail. The space needs of the equipment, the route of the lines and the maintenance are already important when designing the structure and the hull. Since heating and plumbing were our starting point, this internal work was not seen as an alien profession.

This is how the construction of the structure, the setting-up on the ground and the building services engineering was put together. Not every job is asked for the same whole package, and not all tasks are done by the same specialist. The important thing is that the decision of one profession does not cause the next to have an imperfect obstacle.

The hall is not finished when the vase is standing, but when the building is used for the work done in it.

This has resulted in generation construction

When the customer no longer asks for a welding or mechanical assembly, but for a working hall, the connection between work becomes a task. The structure, the hull, engineering and the on-the-spot organization cannot be handed over to each other without anyone being responsible for the whole thing. The generative approach we have grew from this recognition, not for a new label.

That doesn't mean we always do every profession with our own hands. It means that the boundaries of the work undertaken, the responsible and the pace must be clarified from the beginning. If a mechanical trail changes the structure or the gate's location hits the hull, it is better to discuss it before the execution than to explain it at the time of delivery.

What is our mission?

We would like to give you an industrial work that is not only in the individual details, but also in the context of its connections. The customer should see where the project is, what is needed for the next step and who will give you an answer. The accuracy of the workshop, the installation on site and the later use of the building are part of the same responsibility.

Where are we headed?

Our vision is not to give the same answer to all tasks. We would like to take on projects with more professional background and better preparation where production, construction and engineering are really built together. The greater tasks require greater organisation discipline; this cannot be replaced by a loud promise.

The start of heating is still important. It reminds me that the usability of a building often depends on a pipe connection, a maintenance facility or a well-timed installation step. If we listen to these things the same way as the spectacular steel structure, then it makes sense that we work together in many different ways.

What is it worth clearing up before a job together?

In the first conversation, it's not the most important thing how many service names can be offered. What matters is what is being done, what will be used for, what plans and technical constraints are and which parts need to be coordinated. These are the ones that tell us where we can really take responsibility in one hand and what specific professional partner is needed for.
